Powerbook G4 on the road, E-Mac at home, I'll never go back to Windows, in 3 years, I've never had even a hint of a software virus or crash, never had to re-install etc etc. I can run MS Office on the MAC, you can run Virtual PC (Windows 2000) on older MACs, to run XP you'll need a newer one with an Intel Processor.

I have a 12 inch PowerBook, will never go bac to Windows! This thing is amazing, my wife liked it so much we replaced the bulky Windows desktop with a new iMac with the Intel processor, awesome. She was converted really quick!

I really like my G4. Like everyone else stated I've had zero problems with it trying to crash or viruses.

The only problem I've had is the hinge on the screen pulling loose. I believe Apple replaced the hinges on their new laptops.

I do the JB laptop on the road, Powerbook when I am not at work and love it. I want to buy a PC falcon northwest when I can save up for one. Great home gaming, multimedia, etc etc but for IPOD and photos/video, a MAC is hard to beat.
