I realize that this is a largely dead company, but how in the world is someone allowed to be appointed to the Chief Pilots position when they have had and I think still have an LOI for a ground prox incident with paying pax on board? Not that it matters.... There should never have been a ground prox/low altitude alert issued by the tower in the first place?
