What you see there is a case of one MEL affecting a few other things. Both FMCs actually work there. The primary MEL there is the right fuel guage. If it's acting up it affects the weight and fuel computations in the FMC which in turn dis-allows you to use VNAV. What you see there isn't four seperate failures. Just one which in turn had an affect on three other things.

I've only seen around 4 total in nearly 5 years.

Seven on a Beech? You can get that many easily with just cockpit lighting alone, before you even get to your: no parking brake, nws inop, pressurization inop, tcas inop, flaps inop, vcm specials.
