What a novel concept! Too bad that this wasn't in the syllabus for Mikey during his MBA studies....either it was missing or during that part, he was daydreaming about his cold and heartless heroes, Lorenzo or Icahn.
 
I hope they bounce Scheringa out of this industry. He should return to the regionals where customer service and higher standards are annomolies........

Does this clown even have an MBA? He certainly has a PhD in double speak, obfuscation and sociopathic management style, but I wonder if that one came with an actual accreditation, or if he was just born with it.
