Just wondering if anyone has some input on this. What is the most effective means of using LOR's? Do people generally send them in with the resume's and application's or is it better to bring them with to an interview??

Thanks

I have always taken mine with me. That way you know they person gets them. Unless like my last interview you forget to give them to the interviewer. I mailed them afterwards and still got the job. Good Luck

LORs

Only attach them to the app if the app's instructions say you may. Otherwise, if you do, two bad things could happen: (1) they could get lost or misplaced, or (2) it will be apparent that you cannot follow directions.

The only exception to that piece of advice might be if it is an LOR (s) from someone within the company. In that case, I might consider attaching them to the front of the application form, especially if the letter(s) are from company bigshot.

Bring copies of them to the interview and hand them to the interviewer.

Good luck with your interview.

Make copies of you LORs. This way, you can send it in with your application and have some handy for your interview.
It depends on the airline you apply to also. Some won't call you unless they have it first.
