i have a couple of questions for any current UPS drivers. if any of you guys have a minute........
- how tight is UPS on their hiring mins? i've read their requirements on-line and i'm wondering if there's any leeway.
- is UPS hiring into the right seat or do all new hires go through the FE's seat?
- i would really like a overseas route, but i assume those are very senior bids. Is that a correct assumption?
thanks

I start there on Monday, but I have several friends who were in the last couple of classes. February class of 19: 2 DC8 FOs, 2 727 FOs, and the rest were on the panel of the 727, DC8, and 747. The March 18th class of 25: 4 727 FOs, 10 757 FOs, and 11 FEs on the 727 and DC8. March 25th Class of 5: 747 FE. April 6th class of 13: 757 half domestic half international. Good luck I think average time for us Civilians is 6000 TT and 2000 PIC turbine.

I think that they are pretty firm on their hiring mins. New hires have been going into the right seat and will continue to do so for a while. International is not particularly senior and we have new hires going to the 75/76 international domicile
