You can try Bel Air down in San Carlos. Not the greatest place, not the worst and they seem to be always hiring. YOu can also hit up West Valley Flying Club, they operate out of SQL and PAO. Their offices are at PAO.
If you want to head east, A-Hart Aviation in LVK might be looking. Lisa (the owner) is super nice.
Flying Vikings at HWD always seem to be looking as well.
