We don't wear jackets at Flex....to bad because I really want to wear one so I can look like a real pilot!

Maybe someday :p

Every frac has their pigs. Whether it's looking like slobs or leaving the airplanes trashed I'm sure you can find these lazy turds at even mighty Netjets.

p.s. FLoundering is what FLops is doing. We're recording record profits.

I have seen slobs in the coveted NJA uniforms as well!!!!
Just as bad, we all have seen NJA pax frantically searching the FBO for their crews, only to find them tangled up in computer cords in the crew lounge. It looks like the meet and greet thing is a very low priority for some pilots at NJA.
Now I just gave an example of what I have seen a few times. Generally speaking, The crews at NJA, Flex, and Flops look professional.
Wolfpack you must be bored to tears. Why else would you come up with bs, and label us losers on one example.
If a record profit is floundering.. We'll take it!

I've asked before and I'll ask again...why do some pilots insist on trashing pilots at other companies? We all do the same job.

Maybe he just is having a bad day.

first impressions are just that.....Frac's relay on them more so than any other section....remember that...no customer no jobs.: ) I agree, every company has them, and its up to us to make sure that you remind the other crew member not to get too complacent on looking/being professional. We have all worked hard on being where we are today, just to wear a ball cap and sunglasses inside of the FBO. Give respect and you shall receive respect.

Prejudice

Judging someone on their appearance is prejudice plain and simple. Isn't there enough of that without adding to it?

I once went to an interview and of the 10 pilot applicants, 9 were wearing suits, five of them were pressed. Six had clean or new shirts and ties, three had highly polished shoes of which two were military. But the winner that was the a$$hole who came in wearing faded cotton dockers that were not pressed, a bule shirt with a stain on it, no tie, no jacket and wearing boat shoes that had seen a few years of sun and salt. And, in front of the Dir. of HR., D.O., President of company, Chief pilot and Dir. of Training he says "what, is this a blue suit convention?" He was later seen filing for unemployment.........

If everyone would just take the time to read the monthly newsletter, they would see that the particular day in question was actually "jeans day" and said crewmember is overdressed.
