I need of up to date info regarding LTD and/or LOL insurance. I have info from Harvey Watt and looking into Peterson Intl. Underwriters. Does anyone have any current experience with these two companies or others?

Group insurance seems easy to find, I'm looking for an individual policy as someone who works for an NBAA member company and would purchase policies on my own.

Airlines offer LTD, approx. 50-55% of yearly gross until retirement, anything close to this out there for corporate/135? Harvey Watt goes down 10% yearly upon age 50 to 0% at 60. Not getting any younger and need to be protecting the family if the medical disappears.

Appreciate any info or advice.

Looked at AFLAC? That's who offers a policy for us on an individual scale. Not too expensive and reasonable payouts, downside is limited span (most are 2-3 years if I remember right).

AFLAC has it's place and is good to have vs. nothing at all. A well written OWN OCC. LTD policy to 65 is what you need.

Sent you a PM.

Not offered by my company.... "its being looked into". I've heard those words before. Thanks for all the thoughts and ideas.
