Ha, the only thing that is clear is that you are an idiot! I know your type. You are one of those "pilots" who writes up things like "screw missing from upholstery" and then refuses to fly it. Or maybe the one that says, "oh, you are 499ft under that cloud, better fill out a nasa form and descend 1 ft." Or maybe even one of those "Ha, I'm twice your age (or I have twice your hours) so I can fly twice as good as you!" guys. Take a pill dude. (I also bet you voted for algore) And BTW it is legal.

No, but I did bump into Algore while at Dulles. He just stood there, trying to look "warm" and "human."

All I'm getting from you is supposition and innuendo. You've provided nothing that refutes anything I have said.

I had no reason to write up anything, be it a screw, a clip, or an AI. I had excellent maintenance people. Would a missing screw keep me from flying? That depends entirely on the location where it is missing. :)

If you still want to provide some sort of proof as to the leagality of logging SIC in a caravan, without passengers, and not under the IFR conditions specified, then feel free. Until then, I'll leave the pill popping to you.

:D

Let me try and be more direct.

If you have a document, such as a reg, an op spec, a legal opinion from the chief counsel, or something like that which supports your opinon, then share it here. I am always open to new learning.

Your last substantive post about being 499 feet from a cloud or having a missing upholstery screw is called as "specious argument." It has nothing whatever to do with the discussion at hand.

"FOs" in a Caravan? Geez - it would have been nice to have an "FO" in my old queen air to do my weight and balance for me once I got myself in the air! ;) No fun doing weight and balance while trying to hand fly in turbulent clouds.

Wow, you use big words, idiot!

If you are you hope to become wise, you must learn that education is a continuing adventure, and worthy of the effort.

Words mean things. Learn to use them to make your communication more precise, and as clear as possible.

Be ready to back up an opinion with something that can support your argument. Discussion is a great learning tool. That's why we're having this one.

The only discussion you are having is with yourself. Your arguments have no meaning. Your words mean nothing. Get over it. You are an idiot. Case closed. :D

From a legal standpoint, I will have to consider your calling me an idiot as being "expert testimony."

Oh, yes. I'll wait for you to supply some form of documentation to support your position.

I think that wait will be a long one.

As expected.

That would be in the ops specs, dude.
