You haven't seen the binders. In order to revise the charts near either end you need to remove the whole state. No room in the airplane library for another binder. :bawling:

However keeping the revision sheets would be the best way.

Actually, you are only adding the thickness of the new binder. You will be removing the pages from other binders making them thinner, which will make room for the new binder. Give it a try, it should work.
 
Sadly it's not a shelf. It's a drawer that only holds so many binders. We can't get another in there. However I've though about putting a binder on each rudder pedal so we could thin them out.
 
Look at the bottom of the Airway Manual Services Record of Revisions page.

"After each revision number, enter revision date as listed on the revision letter after corresponding revision number."
