Logging IRO time

How do you guys log IRO time. If it's a 10 hour flight do you log all 10 as SIC (can there be 2 SIC's?) Or only that portion not in the bunk?

(this is a guess only) I believe the whole flight goes against you, at my previous employer (supplemental) the IRO would relieve the PIC and the SIC during the flight keeping everyone under 8 hours, 10 hours would be in your personal log.
