In Logbook Pro I noticed that when I import my data from my PDA it doesn't show exactly everything. For example, I sometimes fly several different airplanes a day. If I chose to import the data by the day and not leg-by-leg each separate aircraft does not show up, only the first one flown. I am of course using this program to have a nice presentation when I interview for a job and this may cause a problem. Any suggestions or ideas from what others have done.

Also, it does not tell you what type of approach you did, just how many. Again, suggestions or other ideas?

Thanks guys, I just want to make my logbook as presentable as possible.

I wouldn't worry so much about it. I fly a different airplane every other leg. I only put the first airplane as the ship number. I can't see where it matters that much. The interviewers at Delta didn't care when they looked at it. Same goes for logging the approach. You can always go in and add it to the remarks column if you feel necessary. The biggest thing is the numbers add up correctly.
