Need to know where to find one - not much out there on google , etc. I wonder why Logbook Pro hasn't produced one......

Seems they're missing the boat with most of the frac guy carrying Blackberries. Posted on Fractionals forum, but no luck there.

Thanks

NC Software won't do anything that costs them money. They're like McD/Douglas back in the 90s churning out refreshed products of existing designs.

That's why you don't see a version of APDL (not updated in over 18 months by the way) for anything other than Palm (dying or pretty much dead) and Windows Mobile (not really at the forefront of technology). A Blackberry or iPhone version would be great, but they won't do it because they're married to the Windows platform.

They really want to stick with devices with a touchscreen, so Blackberries are out. (As a user of Logbook Pro on my Treo, I concur that using it without a touchscreen would be tough.) iphones still dont accept third party software so until that changes, NCSoftware's hands are tied.

Iphone just opened up their software to 3rd parties, so in about 6 month you should start to see some new programs. Whether NCSoftware jumps at this oppurtunity is another question, my guess is they won't. I wish they would because that would give me the excuse to go out and buy and Iphone.
