Background

Whereas Director of Flight Operations Scott Hall has constantly demonstrated actions that do not promote quality labor relations between the pilots and management. In the past Scott Hall received a vote of no confidence from LEC 112, recently staffing of pilots has been grossly neglected causing degradation of quality of life for pilots.

Therefore let it be resolved that due to Scott Halls ineffectiveness of labor relations, Scott be prohibited from entering the Association office at any time.
