List of VOR's?

Anyone out there know a place on the net to find a list of all the VOR's in the USA? Canada would be nice as well. Would like them listed by name and identifier.

I'm sure there is something on landings.com or some site like that - but in the cockpit I have used acukwik or any of the small books that you can pick up at the fbos. they have a listing in the back of everything that you might need.
