Anyone?

Or at least do you all know what pay in training is? Used to be the reserve pay. Is it now the 18 day pay?

I went fishing around www.ibt1108.com in the visitor section and was unable to find it. I did, however, find the 2005 CBA which doesn't help anymore. I sent a request to the Union to see about getting the 2007 CBA posted and they said the E-Board is talking about putting it in a non-password protected section for the public to view.

So as of now, for some reason, the E-Board doesn't want the public to have access to it. I'll see if I can find some better answers soon.

All training (outside of recurrents) is on the 18 day schedule with 18 day pay. I believe noobies can still be forced over 18 and outside the normal scheduling rules until they are done with initial and indoc, but they are getting the 18 day schedule pay.

All FNG's are placed on the 18 day schedule. It is kind of a misnomer with sim training though since most initial type ratings are close to 3 weeks straight. Don't quote me on this, but with regards to type training events I believe that you can work 36 calendar days over a 2 month stretch and that is the max. i.e. if your company indoc is 14 days and starts on the first of the month then you can only work 22 days combined for the remainder of that month and the next month combined.
