I would appreciate it if someone could give me info on Lindsay aviation. I know they have a 18 month contract and they fly C-310's in OH.KY, WV.......I am curious about pay, routes, safety, and maint. track record.I would also like to talk to a pilot for them if at all possible. Thanks and continue to slip the surly bonds.

hey hyper. are you an f/o on the convair?...with 1100 hrs? what company are you working for if you don't mind? just curious. i would love to get my hands on a round engine. thanks a lot.

From what I've heard of Lindsay (now this is not first hand knowledge, so take it for what it's worth) is that it is kind of a scary deal. You fly it or you get fired and they find someone else who will fly it. I wouldn't leave a job as FO on a convair if that's what you're thinking about, but that's just me.

Hi. I have been flying for Lindsay for the last 3 years. I can probably answer any questions you have.

BTW, in the 3 years that I have been there only one person has been fired and it was not a flying issue. He "did not play well with others" Also, we fly as part of a system of planes so there is no pressure to fly if nobody else is. There is no advantage for our work to make it if none of the other companies do.

The flying here would likely build your skills better than being an FO on anything. I have done both. But, your chances of getting hired are very slim in the current aviation environment.

Fly Safe!
