We are talking about the guys who only have the 100 hours to meet the minimum time to even apply. Anyone who has been in training for a Part 121 airline and has flown there will have alot more time.
OK, I get it. I thought you were referring to anyone applying to Skywest with more than 15 to 20% sim time. Thanks for clarifying what you were talking about. It seems like 15 to 20% for someone just at mins would be about right.
I have a friend that interviewed last week with 65 hrs hood in an aircraft, 45 or so hours in an FTD, 5 actual. He is in the EMB 120 class starting Dec. 4th. I don't know if that is standard but it worked in his case. Good luck.
