Ken is a good man, I know him, and flew with him back at ASA.. he's not an idiot. However, the ASA and Comair MEC really missed their chance to get a formal fstaple job with pay protection etc... back in 1999-2000 when the environment favored this better, because they wanted to integrate seniority with the DAL guys way up the list... (which fell on deaf ears where it mattered, with the DAL MEC). Many treid to make changes to the ONEALPA mentality of the MEC then only to be railroaded out by a vocal few.

But Ken is a good man.. so lay off the snide comments.

I would bet that the spelling errors are likely a product of distilling the pdf, and not the author. Notice the switch of certain letters -- t for f, as well as font substitutions, and other "typical" distiller type errors.

Not that it matters. Kind of like grasping for air... or is it gasping?
