I am preparing for an interview with Eagle. I am in the process of getting letters of recommendations togehter. I was going to address one to Clauditte Carrol. Is this the correct spelling? Is there anyone else I should include like the cheif pilot on one of the letter heads? Who is the cheif pilot at Eagle? Or do you guys and gals think I should have to Whom it may concern because I could possibly be interviewed by none of the above. Thanks for the input.

Send it to Claudette. The chief pilots have nothing to do with hiring. Each base has it's own chief pilot. If they were to receive a resume they'd probably toss it. As far as I know, the chief pilots have no interaction with Claudette.
