Wondering if any of y'all have any insight into possible jobs in the southeast? Looking for a buddy of mine. He's typed in the Challenger 601, Lear 31, Citation 500 and has been to initial in the King Air 90 and 200.

Thanks for the help!

I know of a part 91 Lear 55 position open in the middle of nowhere Northwest Alabama. If that's an acceptable location, let me know.

Goody's in TYS is looking, they operate a 601 and a lear 35. They just went through a buyout so not sure what the pay or bennies are but might be worth a phone call

I've been to no where northwest alabama a few times....strange people there, especially the chief pilots

People who would voluntarily move to middle of nowhere northwest Alabama. :D

The Hall of Fame of Weirdness

The Hall of Fame for wierdness is reserved for all creatures from MO especially the St. Louis area, must be all that dog food they eat from that red and white checkerboard bag.

Sorry, Frank I couldn't resist. PM me....

Please keep up the rumor concerning NW AL...it keeps the drive to my lakehouse down to less than 15 minutes......

Cheers and Jeers,

What rumor, come on what rumor! So the KIng Air job for OReilly Auto Parts in Springfield, MO would put you in a situation surrounded by individuals who would BE WORSE than Northwest Alabama.

More of a stereotype about a place than a rumor.....I'm sure Springfield is a nice place..However if you want 1.) A Warmer Climate...2.) Better looking females, 3.) Lower cost of living 4.) Great Golf 5.) More friendly people. 6.) Closer to the beach.....try NW AL out.

In the early 90's it was ranked by U.S. News and World report as one of the top 50 places to live in the U.S.

Some good people are from this area also...Col. Ed Yielding the SR-71 pilot that flew the airplane on the record flight from Calf to Dulles in 90' was from my High School.

There is good and bad no matter where you are or where you go.
