Are most Flex newhires going to the Lear 40/45? What proportions of newhires will likely go to L40/45, L60, CL30 and CL604?

Any advantages to going to the L40/45 fleet beyond the lack of super-long flights like with the CL30 and CL604? Does any one fleet work harder than other fleets?

The guys I talked to when I was at the Flex interview told me take the CL30 if you are offered a choice. I wasn't offered a choice. That is the extent of my first hand knowledge
