Anyone have the numbers for a Lear 40 FO in the midwest?

Also, the company is willing to spring for a type but I have it already. Should I be able to ask more pay and if so how much?

saw that nobody responded to this, and was hoping someone came across something....
Lear 45 FO pay, southwest side of the continent, PT 91 on call, appox. 30-40 hrs a month?
