Lear 31 SIC contract rate?

Can anyone help out with the going rate based in Western Pennsylvania on the Lear 31. SIC position, have an ATP but no Lr-Jet type rating. 1 year experience with the company. (about 225 hours logged) My salary position looks like it is going to disappear and be replaced by a daily contract rate.
