Latest on Vision Air out of North Vegas - D328s

I have an instructor buddy who is looking to relocate back to the Vegas area. Any know much about Vision Air the D328TP operator out of North Vegas? I have read some previous posts and I gather not many happy people there. Evidently the owner is not well liked (no different than most regional operators).

How's the pay, QOL and days off for Vision Air? Do pilots get hired into the D328? I know that they are expanding and adding a few cities here and there.

I'm thinking they fly 228s not 328s. Other then that I know nothing.

EDIT: And google is my friend. They fly 328s as well. Nevermind.

Flew some Air Ambulance for em back in the 90's. They're an OK bunch once you get used to them. Don't expect work rules to mirror other regionals thogh.. I know alot of their maintenance guys, stand up dudes. PM if you want more info.
