Whats the going rate for Lear 35 co-pilot pay ? 135 & 91 ?

Our company pays FOs (for the LR35 and LR60) $45,000/yr. We operate mostly 135, with some 91 flying for the owner. We're located in Idaho, but I would assume that's fairly accurate for most of the country. The northeast could be a little higher??
