I'm sure this has been beat into the ground, but here we go again! Any advice on a BE-30 pay in the Midwest? We will fly 400-500 per year, no hard days off, two pilots, most flights one to two days notice with some pop ups, half azs med & dental, no retirement, the only glimmer of light is very good maint and training.
