Job Description

Senior Web Developer

The world's leading developer of general aviation pilot training software is looking for an experienced Web developer to own and drive our eCommerce Web site into the future (see www.kingschools.com).

Responsibilities will include developing the architecture and design of our eCommerce web site as it grows to represent an increasing percentage of King Schools' revenue. Primary concern is to implement solutions leading to increased visitation, purchases and dollar volume per transaction. This position requires knowledge of Web site marketing.

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative, creative and fun environment where our mission is to develop computer-based training to take complex knowledge and clarify, simplify and make it fun to learn!

This position reports to the Chief Information Officer with dotted line reporting to the Web Marketing Manager.

Requirements:
Track record of managing eCommerce web sites leading to increased sales. 4+ years experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, .Net technologies, including ASP.Net, ASP, COM, Microsoft IIS, SQL Server, and graphic design software.
A pilot certificate or interest in aviation is desirable.

Minimum Education:
-B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis. No visa sponsorship available. No third party agencies please.

Must be local or willing to self-relocate to San Diego County area.
