Captain or Copilot pay? Where at?

He's got it, pic or sic, with 1500 tt I would expect sic, granted I was flying BE-90 with 1000 total time pic, but I'm not the norm.
In S. FL 28 centents per mile, or about $50K per year.

Wow. I flew PIC in a BE200 out of a Northern Detroit airport Part 135 and was only getting 35K/year. I guess there's always a point in life when you're young and dumb. Now I know anything less than 40K is a joke. And the owner is laughing every time he writes your paycheck.

I have a buddy that just got on as a 350 PIC and he is getting 52k or 54k, not sure which it is, plus benefits. That is with the expectation of flying around 50 hours a month. If you were going to flying more I would ask for more. That is in the midwest so if your somewhere else add some COLA into it.

I'm actually looking BE-200 PIC in S. FL full time position, but paid like a contract guy, $150 a day, or 25 cents per mile, which ever is greater, and the company pays for sim school.

If you're flying a daily gig, $300 a day is the min. Should be 350 to 400 a day. No offense intended, but you sound like you're just getting started in the business. Don't shortchange yourself or the rest of us. The employer paying for sim training is not a perk for you. It's a cost of owning an airplane. If these guys won't play ball, look elsewhere. If nothing works out, go fly an RJ at a regional for a couple of years.

No worries, it's actually for a friend of mine, but I used to fly with the same pay scale a few years ago, and it comes out to about $50k a year, which is good for 135 south Florida.
