Ah, pearls of wisdom from an obvious expert. If I'm not mistaken, this was cleared up pretty well in post #7. Of course, I guess it doesnt matter that the guy who posted that actually WORKED for this operation and probably KNOWS way better than you do what their ops allow and dont allow. Air medical flights operate under both parts 91 AND 135, not 135 only.
