Hello there.....just looking for what the general consensus is for a fair day rate, King Air 350, Pt 91 only operations, Southern California.....

How about if aircraft management duties are added? For example, would a premium management fee on the day rate be reasonable? Or would a monthly management fee be more appropriate--what would be a fair rate...I would be the only contractor on the aircraft.

Not looking for pie in the sky, or the highest rate possible, just want to be fair.

For background, this aircraft would fly 4-5 days per month.

Yup, just flying the airplane, in all honesty its more sitting in the right seat being the radio uhhhh.....person. My opinion on the management fee.....gee I don't know...$1500 a month??

Wow, 500/day for King Air seatmeat....that's pretty awesome---good for you. I thought that was for PIC, and didn't blink an eye. I think you are right on the management fee number.....thank you!

Well this particular company requires a typed PIC in both seats, however being a contract guy, I can only fly in the case of an emergency. So I sit there and look pretty, ready to assume command at moments notice! haha

Would that company's name start with letter "M" and end with letter "N" and have it's plane based at KSEE? Just curious...
