Kalitta Air -- areas of business

What are Kalittas main areas of business. Does it provide ACMI leasing to other airlines or is it running its own cargo fleet for specialized components (auto parts etc.). How many total pilots at Kalitta?

I can't remember the total number of pilots, but they have 11 planes and seem to think that 15 to 20 is the target number. They do a lot of ACMI and some of their own.
