About a year ago we had thread after thread after thread about the FLOPS lawsuit and the pilots who was fired for organizing and all the $$$ he was going to win. I do not want to rehash old issues (and the daily play by play of summarty judgment motions), but what was the result?
 
Pilots were given a bunch of Money out of court settlement. I think 3 pilots work at NJA now. One is a fairly close neighbor to me.
