For those of you doing the AMC thing, are you still authorized to allow military members in the cockpit during flight?

The last time I flew an AMC flight was back in 2000, I had a great time riding jumpseat in a C-17 coming back from Oman. Just wondering if 9/11 changed anything in that respect for the military.

Thanks,
Andrew

If the crew doesn't mind, the AC might offer you a seat up front. Most military cargo aircraft don't have the locked security doors like civilian airliners, so sitting up front is not usually a security issue. Of course it helps if you are female, young, and cute.

Don't necessarily have to be young.....

Heck, and as I get older, don't necessarily have to be cute.....
