can anyone tell me the process of how to jumpseat being a 135 fractional pilot without jump priv. and which airlines will let me on

I think you answered your own question....I doubt many (if any) 121 carriers will let you jumpseat, some of the 135 cargo companies might....definitely not up front in any case......In any case, if you did have the ability to jumpseat, i'm sure your company would have told you about it.......
 
Not likely to work, at least not anywhere you want to go. Some 135 companies have reciprocal agreements with major carriers. Cape Air is one example. Airnet is another. But "reciprocal" is the key. Do you take jumpseaters?

Still, if you have an official looking ID you might get away with it. I don't think you're breaking any regs to try (in the back only of course). Good luck getting past the gate agents.
