Question for all those in the "know"...

IAW Title 14 CFR Section so and so...are "jumpseaters considered as pax?"

Stu seems to think so.

By the way Stu, how can one of your employees have TWO termination dates? Or was that a suspension?

Documented.

It's true ladies and gentlemen, I actually have written documentation signed by the boy himself stating jumpseaters are "pax." Unbelievable. Makes for a lose lose proposition if the guy your flying with is unsafe at groundspeed zero! The guy defines narcissism. Oh...my post with all the fractions and stuff was a parody on Stu's "trend" rule he made up. Just trying to make a funny. Reminds me of the movie "The Great Santini". Out.
