I had heard from a friend at NJA that Airtran excepts jumpseaters from NJA, any truth to this?

I am sure most airlines except NJA jumpseaters, however AirTran might accept NJA jumpseaters, but I am not sure.

:)

I was told at the interview that NJA has formed a jumpseat commity (sp)? They are working hard on forming a reciprocal agreement, although with the diversions that can take place with netjets it might be difficult.

We have a jumpseat protocol approved by all major pilot group jumpseat committees. The approved protocol went to NJA management for approval and we never heard back from them.

The whole reason we don't have a jumpseat agreement is management.

Jumpseat wise, things have not changed one bit for years. We have no formal agreement thanks to upper management.
