Jumpseat on Polar Air

To any Polar Air pilots out there, I was wondering how the jumpseat arrangements work on a cargo outfit. My company has j/s privelages on Polar Air but just curiuos as to how feasible this really is.

Any idea if the rumor about 24 hour notice to the TSA is applicable to Polar?

Oh also, is it possible to get a route map for your scheduled stuff? or maybe you could just tell me the regular places you go in Europe and South America? Rio especially... I really need a Brazilian wife!

24 hour rule is still in existance, can't get around that. You can do everything by fax.

Thats odd because I have gone to Rome on USAir several times since 9/11 and never gave notice....

Polars aircraft are not fitted with cockpit doors so the entire upper deck is considered the cockpit. This drives the 24 hour notice so that the CP can verify your employment with your company prior to giving you access to our cockpit. In reality it's a great deal. Some destinations. PIK/ATL/FRA/LGG/DBX/DEL/HKG/ANC/HNL/SYD/NRT/ICN/
