Wow, this is back from the dead.

From what I know, heard, remember, etc. I-JET and Mayo are pretty similar, both don't pay worth a d a m n. Mayo has a nicer hangar but IJA is building a new one. IJA has more lears but Mayo has more planes. Some say the culture at Mayo is better but the IJA guys have more fun once they get away from the office.
Bottom line, both really just rest stops along the career highway for 95% of the people who work there, so it doesn't really matter who's better. You probably won't be there long enough for it to matter.
