I've heard and read several rumors lately concerning the industry is starting a recovery. Also good indications that the economy is in a turnaround. We all know about SWA, ATA, JETBLUE, etc are hiring or about to. So, just wanted to see if I could get everyone to participate with a common thread on ALL hiring outlooks for the comming few years consolidated in one thread as a common reference. Change is in the air and it sure would be nice to read some positive posts for all of us wanting to get careers going again. Thanks in advance to all that choose to contribute and good luck.

Let's hope and pray that you are correct. I believe you are! The statistic are indeed showing this. SWA is supposed to `kick it in gear' soon according to all I've heard from the inside and out.
If something `unexpected' happens it would scuttle the up trend quickly as was the situation after 9/11.
God bless your Marines for, in a large part, making it so that the hiring trends are up for us.
