as much as a bunch of spineless wimps that make up the ALPA MEC and Neg. Comittee. The deal with YV is this ; Generally a great group of guys to fly and have fun with, crappy QOL, fast upgrade, completely disorganized, dealing with the dregs of USAirways, lots of ugly F/A's, shaky MX,and the rest of the industry faults NO ONE else but Mesa for the sorry state of pay @ the regionals. Everyone wants SOMEONE ELSE to take a hit, but the loudest complainers are from companies that GENERALLY TOOK PAY/BENNIE CUTS to get/keep flying. Replacing the MEC Chair and his clueless crinies would be the biggest step toward a better life there. Get time, kick JO in the shins every chance you'd get and move on. I got some excellant experience and a bad liver, but all in all, it coulda been worse..
