Any of you JB updaters have any advice-When I try to update my app, I get an error message. Yes I have input the correct name and password, and I have also enabled my firewall for their website.
Call them directly at their pilot recruiting office. They were really helpful when I had problems. I even wrote Dean Melonal directly and he e-mailed me back what my likely problem was. (my available date was in the past so nothing would update until I changed it to the present or a future date.) You're problem sounds different but just call or e-mail and they should help you.
