JetBlue Training

JetBlue people please tell me where the pilots and F/A's are trained. I heard Florida? Is the entire training program conducted in Florida or just simulator and cabin training sessions. I am curious about JetBlue University and how it is structured. It seems like a fascinating business model for others to copy.

Initial training; ground school and Sim are coducted at The Airbus Training Center in Miami FL.
We do recurrent training in JFK or in MIA.
The same applies for Flight attendants.
