No offense and I wish you guys luck but the quality of your product doesn't mean much. Maybe to the magazines. That's about all. Having what folks may think is a great product is no guarantee of anything in this industry. TVs, newer planes, and smiles don't have a lot to do with the bottom line. Like they say in the investment world......it's all about the fundamentals of business.

But I'd agree that you guys do need a union. Problem is, if the kool aid drinkers didn't want it when the money was coming in, they're going to be too scared when things don't look so great. Good luck on your efforts though.

I disagree. Do you know how many, "I'll never fly anyone but JetBlue" comments I get when folks are deplaning. I never heard that once at my last gig.

You're making my point. Seeing as how heavy you weigh those pax comments, JetBlue shouldn't have any problem making money and dealing with a cash crunch. On the flip side, when folks say they'll never fly your airline again, 75% of them don't mean it. You really don't understand if you you somehow equate the comments made by deplaning passengers to an airlines bottom line. You're lost dude. Take an economics course and get off the koolaid.

My apologies if you were being highly sarcastic. I don't think you were though.

As a freight guy, I guess I don't have a dog in this fight (except maybe for the union vs non-union issue- I happen to be pro-union). You both make some points, and I personally AGREE with the bottom-line arguement made by D-Bo.

STILL, it irks the #### out of me to see guys sign off by flinging mud like that. It's like punching below the belt before the starting bell even rings. Real professional DUDE. Why don't YOU take an ETIQUETTE course and get off the caffeine.

We're all pilots- respect!

OK D-bag, I'll take an economics course so that I can post on this forum about how I pretend to know exactly what is going to happen with the airlines. While I'm at it, I may as well take a psychology course so that I can read passengers minds like you can. Thanks for the enlightenment. By the way, do you fly for Spirit?
