JetBlue app. inaccessable?

Long time listener, first time caller,

Been faithfully updating my Blue app every month, however last night I found that I was unable to access the pilot update area on the JBlue website. It says that my name, SSN or email is incorrect. I've emailed Dean Melonas but no reply so far. Any useful advice would be much appreciated.

Like the other guy said, disable your firewall. Lots of folks have had the same problem. As far as emailing Dean, be patient. I mean, the man does have a life besides jetBlue and does not usually work weekends in the office. He does do roadwork (seminars and whatnot) on the weekends however.

If you haven't heard back from him by COB Monday, try again.
