What is the Blue dart? Is that something that will help my resume get noticed? Thanks!!!!

I have had my stuff in there for a year now with a rec. from a captain. No calls

5000 tt
2500 emb 145 (sic) I work for eagle, I may never get to upgrade!

Blue Dart is like a lottery. Pilots are picked at random for a one time only Blue Dart. That pilot can pick an applicant to go directly to the interview. At the interview no one knows who is a dart and who was selected.

I am heading to New York this week for a dispatch interview at Jet Blue. Any words of wisdom or advice from anyone? Thanks.
