JetBlue has an internal department based in Salt Lake that conducts the checks.. They may farm out some of the generic work to a third party...

I think its pretty much an industry standard practice as far as previous employer records go....FAA background check stuff...

JetBlue checkers will be calling your references and doing a mini interview ....

They should also be calling the candidate to let him/her know the process will be starting ...
