Jepp CFI Renewal Help

I just paid for my Jepp CFI Renewal online and changed my password to something I can remember and now can't access with either password. I have the program email me my password which is correct to what I changed it to but it doesn't work.

Jeppesen is closed till Monday so they can't help.

Anyone know any ideas on how I could access the renewal program without their help?

Anyone else have any similar issues?

This is very frustrating.

check your caps lock and try it again, check your user name and make sure you're entering it exactly the same. Otherwise, you probably don't have any choice but to wait for Jepp. to open.

I did all that and even had them email me my password and then copy and pasted it and that didn't work.

Guess at 6am MDT on Monday I'll phone them.

What a bummer. First free weekend in 6 weeks and I can't get any work done on it.

is this better than the AOPA online renewal?

I am due in 6 months

I haven't done AOPA's but have done Gleims and Jepp, and Jepp wins hands down. Actually felt that I learned something versus just having gone through the steps.
