There is no release call relative to specific air-to-ground ordnance. "Weapons away" is what you'll hear (if anything at all) regardless of what is being dropped.
 
When these weapons were new and before brevity codes were devised it was "Pigs away" for JSOW and "Dam it" for the JDAM. I doubt these terms survived to find their way into the joint dictionary.
 
JDAM= "Thunder"
JSOW= "pigs away"
Sparrow= "Fox 1"
Sidewinder= "Fox 2"
AMRAAM= "Fox 3"
